Jim specialises in advice to individuals and families on trust and corporate matters and is actively involved in the management, administration and accounting of financial structures, particularly trusts and companies.

Jim has been involved in Bermuda’s trust industry for over 25 years. He is a director of the Firm’s trust company as well as a number of client companies. He has also acted as protector and executor.

Jim works closely with clients and their financial, tax and legal advisors, as well as with bankers and investment advisors. Many of his client arrangements are structured through family offices and private trust companies.

Jim is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants (CPA) of Bermuda. He is also a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.
